Limited parking is available first-come, first served starting 90 minutes prior to the time of the performance at the parking lot located across the street from the Luminary Arts Center. Parking is payable inside the Luminary. Please follow onsite signage.

Utilizing QR codes and Text-to-Pay options will allow you to skip the line at the outside pay station. Look for signage throughout the lot and near the pay station for directions.

ACCESSIBILITY
For patrons requiring wheelchair access or with other accessibility needs, please contact Patron Services prior to your event at 612-333-6669 and our team will be happy to assist you. Stairs are required to access all seats except those in row A. There are railings on all staircases.
ACCESS YOUR TICKETS
Your tickets will be sent to you as an email attachment containing a QR code from [email protected]. You may also pick your tickets up onsite. Present the QR code and tickets can be scanned directly from your mobile device.
All ticket holders are required to have their tickets scanned prior to entering the theater.
If you do not receive an email or have trouble retrieving the code, you may also pick your tickets up onsite at the box office or contact MN Opera Patron Services at 612-333-6669 or [email protected].
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Masks will be encouraged and welcomed, but not mandatory for audience members. The Luminary will provide complimentary masks onsite upon request. If you are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or other illness, we request that you refrain from attending and contact the MN Opera box office to discuss exchanging or refunding your tickets. Exchange and refund policies are set by the individual producing organizations for each production.
FOOD AND DRINK
The Luminary Arts Center has wine and beer, as well as a variety of hot & cold non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase. For food, we have small snacks such as pretzels, cookies and candy. All concessions are allowed into the theater. The Luminary asks that you refrain from bringing any outside food or beverage into the venue with the exception of reusable water bottles.
Please note that the Luminary only accepts cash tips.
LOST AND FOUND
If you think you may have left or lost an item while at the Luminary Arts Center, please call 612-342-1606 or email [email protected]. Please leave your name, number, and a thorough description of the item. Lost and Found items will be held for a maximum of 90 days.
LATE SEATING
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the producing company. Those arriving late may be asked to wait until an appropriate pause in the performance to be seated. An audio/video feed of the performance is available in the lobby for latecomers.
